Use a shampoo for colortreated hair and deep condition.
Type: 3c/4a Natural
Current Length: 6"
Goal: Healthy, tip of nose /neck/shoulder length hair.

Use a heat protectant, I use Beyond the Zone from sallys.HTH

Better yet use color shampoo made especially for your hairshade. Paul Mithchell makes many types of colur shampoo. Use a deep conditioning mask once a week.
