Hi
I'm new to these forums. I'm Scott, nice to meet you (so to speak) So... I want to dye my short dark ash blonde hair to a very light beige blonde shade. I tried platinum last year but it didn't suit me. I'm thinking a very light sandy colour will be better.
To the best of my knowledge, this is how I think I can achieve that shade:
1. Prelighten hair to a pale yellow using bleach mixed with 9% creme peroxide. 2. Mix L'Oréal Majirel 10.13 with 6% peroxide and apply to dry hair and leave for 30 minutes.
Is this correct and if not can you offer any other suggestions? or alternative methods please.
I know it's been a while I hope you still check this! I think that sounds great, as the rule with blondes is always bleach first, then dye/tone to the color you want. If it doesn't turn out how you like, simply dye it again!

Thanks for the reply. I learnt that 10,13 has been discontinued and not only that, it wasn't the right shade for the tone I desired. I bleach my hair to a pale yellow and then tone it with Majirel 9,13 mixed with 3% for 20 minutes. The shade turns out really lovely and high end looking.
