Ok My hair is taking longer then usual to grow and the only reason I cna think why is ebcause of my new diet.

I was thinking of getting - ONE A DAY vitamins (http://www.oneaday.com/products/menshealth.shtml)

To help with this problem.
DO you guys think this has the correct vitamins for my hair/body to help them be healthy?
