Try John Frieda's Blonde/Brunette Sheer Collection, it worked for me.

Use all the tips above and I had a similar problem and my stylist recommended the following products and it REALLY helped.

Redken Extreme Shampoo & Conditioner - it has protein in it to restore hair

Redken Buttertreat Conditioner - DEEP conditions hair in minutes and makes is really easy to comb through when hair is wet (used to be my biggest problem)..
This is because I can spell konfusion with a K
It's hard to like it
It's to dying in anothers arms
And why i had to try it...
- Something Corporate "Konstantine"

I agree with Susan, there isn't any way to repair hair once its damaged. Don't brush it when its wet or even damp and that will break it. No heat styling and use alot of conditioner. The conditioner will help mask the damage until you can grow it out enough to cut off.

Make sure you don't use any products with denatured alcohol because its dries out hair.
If you do use a shampoo use one with sodium laureth sulfate only, conditioner after and as a leave in then dry naturally.

There is no way to repair damage (despite what "reconstructors" and other products may want you to believe). The best thing to do now is just take really good care of it to minimize as much breakage as possible, and condition really well. Don't wear it in things that bend or break hairs (elastics and such), don't use heat on it, and don't comb it when it's wet. Mayonnaise on it for an hour can help moisturize it (then you wash it off with shampoo of course). You can also do what some long haired people do, which is wash only with conditioner and not shampoo to keep it as moisturized as possible.
