Semi-Permanent Red to Platinum Blonde?

Okay, so I've finally gotten bored with my red hair and I want to go back to my platinum blonde hair that I miss so badly. The dye I used was semi-permanent and it was bleached a bit before I put in the red. It fades to a very light salmon color but I plan on washing out the color more with dish soap or something. I know I need to bleach it and I also plan on getting a toner. But how many times do you think I would need to bleach it out? I'm hoping on only one because I hate those in-between stages of "orange looking hair" but just your thoughts. Best shampoos and toners for blonde hair? And bleach suggestions!

i have tried many hairstyles, but prefer red.

What product are you currently using to get your hair that red? I have a client that would LOVE it!
 
How often do you have to touch it up?

Hi! I bleached it a tiny bit first and then I applied Manic Panic's Vampire Red. I do have to touch it up every week because it does fade so that's the only downside I had with it!
