Meeting Expectations

This is primarily aimed at those women who don't want to be judged strictly by thier hair:I will try not to sound too harsh, but what did you expect when you posted a message on a 'long hair' web site?A great majority of the men that post messages or read the messages are(at the minimum) long hair fans if not downright fetishists[sic]. Being one of these 'people', it would be nearly,if not totally impossible, to 'chop' that part out of any personal ad, much less a relationship.Instead of looking at it negatively("he's only interested in my hair"), you could look at it as a powerful drawing force that is an area of common ground. If you are proud of your hair, wouldn't you like to meet someone that at the minimum shares your interest. If any of these guys are like me, they do delve into the whole person. Ultimately, however, it is up to you depending on what you want.Well, I'm gonna stop here before I offend everyone.FWIW,LJ

Sarah,You are absolutely on the mark. But if I were a woman I'd be even more reluctant to post here than you are! Too many posts around here show evidence of obsessive behavior waiting for someone to attach it to.
