Tone hair again...or no

I have no clue what to do. I want white/silver hair and it's not there yet but I believe close. I used Wella Color Charm T18 (and still have some). Should I tone my hair again with that or will have no effect??

That's my hair as it is now.

I want to tone again, but do not know if it's the best thing.

Toning again would unfortunatly not help, probably would turn the hair very ashy and dark.

 
To achieve platinum white hair the hair needs to be prelighten to pale yellow (like the inside of a banana) and then you can tone it into a pretty white hue.
Since you already have lightened the hair almost all the way, you could mix the bleach with 1 part developer and 1 part shampoo. And lighten the hair untill it looks pale yellow. And then you can tone and it'll turn out white =)
