Hello Everyone
My name is Camille Donatacci I am 21 years old and this is my very first time posting on this great hair board as a registered member of the Hair Talk message board and let me tell you a little bit about me and my hair I have medium thick Bra Strap Length Blonde Hair with no bangs and I just wanted to introduce my self before I start posting messages on this great hair message board.
But I do have a question about bangs I been thinking about getting bangs done because I have a high fore head and was told by at two stylist who have told me that bangs would look great on me but I cant decide on either long bangs just above eye brow length or short bangs at mid fore head length so if some body could give advise on what to do with getting bans please reply to this message and thank you
Welcome! I think that either type of bangs would look good, just make sure that the bangs are not so long that they get in your eyes. To me that doesn't look good and could even be dangerous if you are driving-(tee hee)-. Good luck!

Welcome to the Long Hair Support board. It is nice to hear that you enjoy this board as much as you do.
Your hair sounds gorgeous. I know that the common advice to those with high foreheads is to cover it (partially or entirely) with bangs, but in my opinion, the dogma is a misguided belief. Helen Hunt's hairstyle critics moaned bitterly about her lack of bangs, but I thought she was beautiful just as she was.
Some women do look better with bangs, but in my opinion most look better without.
I understand that there are places where you can buy clip-on bangs to give the look a try. It could help you decide how you like the look, and even if you do, and you decided you wanted the versatility of having bangs or no bangs depending on the circumstances, you could always wear the clip-ons for that occasional change of pace.
