I saw a man with Downs Syndrome or something
in church today and he was bald. I think I saw a
Special Olympics participant who may have had Downs looking like that too. Is the syndrome in
any way connected to baldness?

No it isn`t, that was just a coincidence that they were bald, most Down Syndrome people are like everyone else concerning hair, they usually have hair.
