Should She Cut It?

One of my close friends has been wanting to cut her hair off for over a year now. She finally decided she was going to cut it like Taylor Swift's most recent style and scheduled a hair appointment for today. Today she woke up nervous about the cut and is considering backing out. She is also worried about it being too poofy and frizzy. What should she do?

Thanks. She ended up cutting it. She got plenty of layers. It's alot healthier now.

I agree. She really loves it and so do all of her friends, myself included.
