OK I have the solution to your thinning hair woes.....Here goes.......regardless of your hair length, if you put gel in your hair and you can see your scalp...do the following.....Skip the gel....wash your hair with a thickening shampoo, American Crew is the best ( it helps to swell the cuticle of the hairshaft and make it look fuller) then dry the hair completly with a blowdryer to "fluff" it up so to speak....then use American Crew Fiber (its kinda pasty) and rub it in your hands real good then in your hair and just rub it in at the roots and style as you like...looks best messy....you won`t believe how much hair it looks like you have.....HAVE FUN
I agree with J on this one. Having thin hair myself I have done the messy spikes and they work a lot better than regular spikes and would be a lot more modern than parting down the middle. After putting a styling product in your damp hair, finger style with a blow dryer. Your hair will look a little thicker and you`ll still have your hair sticking out this way and that.
My Hair is pretty thin as well, I have tried spiking it and it didn`t look that great either. What you should do is grow it long and part it in the middle or style as usual. Use gel until it grows long or wear a hat. You`re not alone there are many people like this. Im in the same process. Good Luck!

I hate my hair ! Its to freakin straight ! When i spike it its really really thin like crazy, it makes my head looks like some kind of fruit or one of those fishes with spikes. What do you think i should do to my hair?
