The weather is lovely at the moment in England. Im looking atgetting my hair cut quite short perhaps a #2-4 in the next week. Has any1 else done this? I want to know what other people think. :-P
I started buzzing my hair to a 2 for a while. Down from a slightly longer crewcut. I thought I`d work my way shorter once by going to a 1 but my barber convinced me if I was going to do it why not go all the way, so we went with a 00000.
I did it the day before going on a business trip where most people didn`t know me. I got used to the shorter hair and was quite comfortable with it when I got back to work.
So go as short as you like. Be bold. If you don`t like it, it`ll grow back. Or you can shave it off entirely.
About three years ago I took the plunge and lost my hair on top to the clippers with a number four on top and three back and sides. The following year, I went a stage further and went for a three on top and two back and sides. After a winter back with a four on top and three back and sides, I decided to keep it three on top and two back sides all through the year. Then yesterday, for the first time, I went for a two all over encouraged by the hairdresser who thought it would suit me. I really love it as short as this and will probably keep it on a permanent two from now onwards but I have no plans to go any shorter. I hope this helps any other guys unsure how short to go. A number two all over really does look smart and neat.
I have been getting my hair shaved since around 4th grade, but now, in ninth grade, I`m finally letting it grow out.. but not for long! I recently [this year] found the beauty of GEL! gosh let me tell you my hair has always been frizzy like WHOA... gel is a gift from God. Now i`m planning on getting it cut to about #8 all around, and waxing it all over the place. If you get something really short like a #4, I think its better to get the sides faded.. it looks horrible on me, it makes my face look really narrow, but who knows about you. Fade sides and back.. its the only way to go!
well I had my hair cut off almost entirely a few summers ago, and i did it last year again, it very comfortable, but I prefer the longer hairstyle. you must keep in mind that it takes a long time to go from a marines hairstyle back to a, let`s say Tom Cruise in MI2 hairstyle.
