Conditioner?

Whats the best Shampoo/Conditioner to use?
I currrently use Vosene Shampoo and Hair Conditioner. Although it does make a difference to my hair, it doesnt make too much impact regarding dryness.

Also any advice on what sides/back to get in hair cut when your planning to get a Tom Cruise - Last Samari hair Style.
Possibly shorter then that, just up to ear lobes in length and more pushed back then comming forward.
