upload the pic to a site like http://upload.serverseed.com/
Once u on the site click browse and find the photos saved to yo comp. that u want to upload. U can upload up to five at a time. Once u get those click "upload and it will give u the image codes surounded by (img)ur pic code(img)

Then when it gives u the image code copy and paste it into a post in the forum. simple.
