First of all, the bangs, keep them, if they look good, keep them. You might want to trim them some, some of the new looks include such of the really small bangs, which dont always look good. Just cut them at the right length that looks good,yet is liek not annoying or in your way. Next, layers look great with bangs! Esp. face frames, or somthing that acents the front of your face, you said you didnt really want to cut your hair, i dont know if you justmeant shorter or at all. But you do not need to cut shorter for this look, so it works. If you are willing though, a little shorter might look better, hope i helped, see ya
