Need hair advice

I am getting my hair cut on Wdenesday and I need some advice. Now my hair is cut in a bob below my ears wit bangs. I don't know if I should get the bottom length cut at an angle starting at just below my ears and getting longer as it goes back or if I should get it cut just about ear lobe level all the way around and get the nape shaved. What do you all think?

Catriona, thanks for the input. I think I will go with one length just about earlobe length and get a weight line in the back and shave the nape below the weight line. How does that sound?

Well it is done. I had my hair cut at one length at ear lobe level all the way around and my nape cut really short and my bangs trimmed to just above my eyebrows. It looks really cute I think and I still have that lovely movement when I turn my head. It will be even better in about 3 weeks when it grows out a little.
