How should I cut my hair?

Hi everyone,
For the past two years or so I have been growing my hair out so that I will be able to donate it someday to an organization that makes wigs for bald children that can`t afford wigs. The time has come and I`m not sure what I want to do with my "leftovers."
My hair is blonde, and right now it`s comes pretty far down my back. By the end of next week it will be about chin length. It`s pretty boring, no curls or layering or anything. I`m ready to cut my hair, but I don`t want it to be straight up and down like it has been. Since I have no experience with layers or shaping or anything like that, I would appreciate anyone`s suggestions about how I should cut it.

thats cool that you are willing to donate your hair! i have chin lenth hair and it is straight as a board! so every morining i try soemthing different. for instance, sometimes i curl it under or flip it out....and soem days what i do when i want it up, (this looks really really cute with short hair) what you do is you start out by taking up half in sections half way up, and putting it in a hair elastic. do that about 5 times and you will have your hair up in 5 little sections. it looks really cute like that, or if you curl your hair under before you do it.

I like the angled bob idea. I am going to the salon on Thurs and that is the cut that I am going to get. A bob that is longer in front and angled to get shorter in the back with the back stacked out really good and the nape cut really close. I am so excited.
