I need ideas. Prom is coming up and I have no clue what to do. Im dying to do something different with my hair before then but I dont know if I should. My hair right now is about 2 1/2 inches past my shoulders. Its got layers from my chin down but there starting to grow out and i just desperately want something new. I`ve had my hair cut like this since I was 12. I dont want to go really short because I have fine hair and my ears kinda stick out nothing that I cant downplay with some curls in front of them but still I just want something new.
Try what you think will fit you!!!It all depends on the shape of your face!!!Check out some hair magazines and books...but I wouldn`t go too short...there aren`t many things that you can do with short hair!!!

Hi, No offence but I think your hair sounds quite nice and I don`t know why you`d want to cut it shorter. It is kind of sad to me that girls cut off their pretty hair just because they feel like something new...oh well! Best wishes John
