HELP HELP HELP HELLLP

heyyy guys!! im 15 and i just let my stupiiiid friend cut my hair short like above my shoulders. eww she did a bad job and she cut off 11 inches of hair. thhhhanksss so much lol. ne ways i want to go to a salon and get it cut, but no length just thinned and now its a brown color i want it as blonde as like mary kate olsen idk is this a good idea? ive been blonde before and everyone said it was pretty cute..? also idk what salon to go to and if i dye my hair an thin it it will be pretty damaged which means it wont groww as fast ergggg... anyways to give u somewhat of an idea i can put it into a ponytail but barely I want it to be to my neckline and its like 2 or 3 inches shorter. also oh my gosh i was use thinning scissors on the back of my hair and it worked very well except one thing i acidently thinned to much and a little part of my hair sticks up in back and is really short its not alot of hair but its soooo annoying.what do i do? &&& can u imagine i use to have picture perfect hair.!!!!

I think you need to stop cutting your hair until you can figure out what you want.
