What color is Pamela Lee's Hair?

Hi,I asked my hairstylist to see if she could find out how Pamela Lee gets that white blonde hair. After some research she told me that it is assumed by many hairstylists that Pamela Lee uses just bleach to lift her color and does not add a toner over it. So the white color is the effect of pure bleach....plain and simple. That is why it is so white.Hope that answers some questions. It makes a lot of sense to me.
