Hi Karen, I know you are swamped, I was just wondering if you were ever able to download the picture I attached to that e-mail. Actually I sent it attached to two e-mails. If you need me to send it snail mail instead, just give me the address. Thanks!

Hi Gigi,I can not use the photo. I was able to get it, but the sun is shining right on your hair and I tried to repair it, but it just doesn't work. Sorry.Sorry I have not gotten right back to you. You are right, I am really swamped. This is the busiest I have been in a long time too. I was going to try and fix it before I asked for another photo from you.If you have a couple good ones of your hair that you can mail me, I will scan them and reduce them and it will be easier.
