My hair is fine and bleached. I use Infusium shampoo and Aveda for conditioners. Is it really necessary to use a clarifying shampoo? I mean will it make my hair healthier or something?

The purpose of a clarifying shampoo..as I understand it...is to remove environmental toxins or other things that can build up on your hair. It is not necessary to do it more than about 1-3x a month.
