I'm so pleased by the customer service at Loise Marie Longhairs that I had to write and tell you all about it. A bit ago I wrote to her with some questions about the ingredents in her products. She wrote me back promtly and I was satisfied with the answers and thought that that was the end of it. Well, today I got an email from her asking how I was doing and if I had any more question. Right out of the blue! She really wanted to know how her products were working for me. She wanted to make sure I had all the information that I wanted. I am so impressed. Geez, do I feel stupid. I spelled her name wrong. It's Louise Marie. Sorry about that.
