Jamila, what kind of experiences have you had? When I entitled "African hairbraiding"I meant hairbraiding in general. I have seen Tiffany braid montage. Thanks for the information. Have you seen any websites on black haircare in general? Thanks for responding!!

No I haven't seen that website. I'd love the link. For some reason, every time I get my hair braided, my hairline recedes. Luckily, it grows back but I have seen people who hairline recedes permenantly( like my hairdresser herself) I love the different braid designs though but braids itch my scalp. I like cornrows though. Is that categorized under african hair braiding?P.S. Dont forget that link.Related Link:Tiffany's Salon Guide to Braiding Montage

Thanks for that link. I am going to add it to the Hair Boutqiue growing list. If you check out the links you will notice that I have a growing list of sites for black hair care and am always looking for great new sites related to hair of any type. Please let me know if you find sites that you think I should include.Also...I have a review of a great book totally devoted to this topic in the Hair Boutique book store at the link below.Best wishes,Karen Shelton> No I haven't seen that website. Jamila, your hair was probably braided to tightly around youredges. Some people suffer from itching scalp whilewearing braids. It is a common complaint. My sister usesa medicated braid spray by Sulfur8 that works for her.Ihave not found anymore links. When I do I will let youknow. Thanks for the info on the African braiding book Karen.
