I just colored my hair and it is too dark. What can I do to lighten it a couple of shades?

I just highlighted my hair and it turned orange, what can I use that I already have to fix it?

> I just colored my hair and it is too dark. What can I> do to lighten it a couple of shades?To Kitty;Try Shampooing several times with Prell shampoo. Do not dry with heat as this will 'set' the color more. Also never judge a color until it has had 48 hrs to oxidize to the air. william

William, thanks for the interesting idea and the terminology for why not to judge color outcome for 48 hours. Always noticed that it settled after a couple of days, but was'nt this clear on why. I always enjoy your inputs.

Also you mention that you "have" some color products to try to correct it with? Please explain and I will try to help you. william
