Happy salon experience and Aveda question

Hi,Thanks for sharing your great experience. So often we hear of disasters with new salon visits. If you have the name of the stylist you would like to recommend, please post that as well.As far as shampoos to use...I personally think that the Aveda Shampure is great for dry or processed hair and that if your hair is not dry, the color shampoos are wonderful. I will use the Chamomile on my blonde hair about 1x a week and the Shampure 1x a week. The rest of the time I am an ARTec baby. But I used Aveda only for years and years and the product is great. My hair never had any build up problems with the products.Salon Selectives, by the way, is one of the best of the grocery store brands. I personally have used it in a test and while it was not Aveda or ARTec it did OK on my processed, tends to dry, hair. So I think it is an option for someone on a budget. As is Nature's Gate.For your hair why don't you start out trying the Shampure and then maybe play with the Black Malva.Thanks again for your experiences.
