How to grow hair fast!!!

Hi Ginger,Like I tell everyone, I got mine to grow long by not using blow dryers, letting it dry naturally, and I don't brush, although I'm thinking of just brushing with a baby brush(they also make them in Boar bristle, found in health food stores). I think brushes can be harmful, but there may be those who disagree. At any rate, that's what has worked for me, and i say also that using Nexxus Therappe shampooand Humectress conditioner was a big factor. I know they might not be the most fashionable at the moment, but I've tried the Aveda and others, and still find this, even though it's got some fixative and maybe waxy conditioners,to be the most gentle for my hair, although I still like to look for alternatives to use along with my Nexxus products.I only get it trimmed by just getting a little tiny(like an 1/8 inch) bit trimmed off by my Husband-salons seem to take too much off, no matter if you are direct or not!
