Hi everyone!Pony TailsIf you put your hair in pony tails do not use a coated rubberband or hairclips that touch metal to metaloften as they tend to break and crease the hair. Use Terry cloth hairstaysor soft scrunchies, especiallywhen sleeping, as one's pillow can cause enough friction in 8 hours ofslumber to seriously damage thehair, causing split ends and tangles. While satin or silk pillow cases may seem like a luxury - they are almost a must have for longer hair.In your service,Mickhael

Hi Mickhael!Good to hear from you again. I agree about using satin pillowcases. I would never go back to cotton ones! My hair just slides over the satin ones.
