My friend has a flaky scalp so she tried Neutragena T-Gel shampoo. Her hair has bigger clumps of scalp coming out now. I told her to see a doctor about this. If anyone has any suggestions to rid her of this horrible dilemma please don't hesitate to write back.

I guess it just goes to show that different products affect people differently. I have never had anything but success with Neutrogena T-Gel. It never fails to alleviate a dandruff problem and once cleared up a terrible scalp condition i had - and has never worsened the problem or damaged my hair. However, if one should find an adverse reaction to any skin/hair product, use should be discontinued and proffesional help sought.good luck to alljj
