Just a note to say I gave the Aubrey line a try today.By chance I was out shopping at our local healthfood storeand came across quite a bit of the Aubrey line. I have been trying to find a spray leave in conditioner that lists nonasty "cone" words on it's bottle.. Needless to say, I was having a hard time finding one. I saw a few different varieties of Aubrey spray conditioners and tho small bottles (and pricey) I decided to try a few. I was highly impressed with the listing of natural ingredients. Then I bought a bottle of the JAY shampoo and the GPB conditioner. I couldn't help trying them out immediately when I got home and have to say my hair is very soft. The fragrance of Aubrey is very rich, almost overpowering to me but thankfully fades to a tolerable level after drying. It smells good but it's like when you spray on too much perfume!! I now have to wait the next few days out to see if I experience any of my old symptoms of build up. Tho I do not expect any as I think my build up problems came from "cone" ingredients. Aubrey doesn't have any that I saw. NG may have some competition now! Aubrey is pricey but I am impressed enough to continue to buy it if long term use gives me the results I have had today.. and I love the idea of an even more natural based shampoo/conditioner. I am very impressed with the leave in spray conditioners I bought.. one being the Primrose Tangle-Go and the other White Camellia and Jasmine Shine which bottle states contains no synthetic chemicals. I also love the idea that I can buy it locally with no long distance driving to acquire it. Thanks Jade for your article... without it I wouldn't have given Aubrey a glance. If anything, I now I my leave in spray conditoner I have been searching for.Sincerely.. Cher~

Looks like I will be returning the Aubrey shampoo/conditoner.. as today my hair is so soft it is stick straight.. and I have naturally wavy hair. I love my waves as I can make my hair looked permed easily. I had to put alot of my Aveda's Curessence in my hair to get it to stay braided! Also, I experienced the old itchy scalp symptom.. This never happened with me with NG products. I have continually been using NG for over a year now. The scent of Aubrey is still so strong in my hair I had to skip wearing my usual perfume today! Even tho my hair is soft.. the other effects discourage me and I plan on only keeping the leave in conditioner sprays for my ends..Just a note to say I gave the Aubrey line a try and looks like I am back to my old faithful NG.. best regards.Cher~> By chance I was out shopping at our local healthfood> store> and came across quite a bit of the Aubrey line. Just for anyone who is browsing through Aubrey Products, I did not like the Primrose Anti-Tangle Product or the White Camelia and Jasmine Shine. I tried these early on and they did nothing for my hair.As for the strong smell, I have to agree. I don't particularly care for any product which smells for too long. I experienced this with Aveda's Shampure and Aveda's products in general.I also wondered why you used these two products, Cher. Both products are really for drier hair types. This is especially true for any of the White Camelia products.Jade21Looks like I will be returning the Aubrey> shampoo/conditoner.. as today my hair is so soft it is> stick straight.. and I have naturally wavy hair. My hair is naturally dry.. I have to keep it moisturizedall the time.. hence my search for a leave in spray conditioner with no silicones. I actually love the Aubrey sprays.. I think I will stick with the White Camellia/Jasmine one. I love the ingredients. Cher~> Just for anyone who is browsing through AubreyI am a avid user of Aubrey Organics, I suffered with itching scalp and all kinds of hair problems, until a nutrition friend of mine with the most beautiful long wavy hair to her knees told me to try Aubrey, and I did, and I fell in love, I now use everything of Aubrey Organics. I have been using it for 6 years now, and I always get compliments on my hair. Nothing for me works better, I even use the Rosa Mosqueta Hair Creme as a leave-in conditioner. I'm sorry it didn't work for you Cher, and Jade your article on Aubrey was great!!!

Hi.. actually I am trying to work with Aubrey... I gave it a second try and did not leave the GPB on my hair as long. The first time I left it on for 10 minutes. I cut the time down to 5 this time. I also did not use as much shampoo. So far today my hair isn't board straight and is quite soft. I think I overdid with the GPB.. my hair is in good shape so it didn't need the overkill. I am in love with the leave in spray conditioners.. they are wonderful. Also, this time I did not use the GPB on my scalp at first.. I just kind of smoothed some over the sides of my hair where most of my coarse gray is. Then for the last minute or so I massaged my scalp with the amount that was already in my hair and rinsed it well. So far today, no itchy scalp. So, we'll see.. I have decided to keep it and keep trying. The softness of my hair is unbelievable. & I have some waves back today.. so mainly I think I left the GPB on way too long for my hair.I also love the soap that I bought for my face.. You know what, also, make sure you rinse the GPB out really good, thats what I have to do, and even if you want, you could leave the GPB in less time, the more you use the products , in about a month , you should see a big difference in your hair. I even use Aubrey Organic's B5 Gel and mix with some water, and my waves really come out.Mai
