HF 37

Jeff, Jane Bullock and I have ALL been taking H37 religiously for over 1 month. Jane wrote a review that is currently posted on the front page of Hair Boutique.What Jeff said was that he noticed his beard growing a lot faster. He normally trims his beard once a month and with the H37 is having to trim it every 2 weeks.I noticed my hair feeling thicker and softer and my roots are growing out faster from my highlight treatments.Jane had to move her once every 3 week hair trim to once every 2 because of H37.Just don't take it on an empty stomach or you may get a niacin flush.I used to be skeptical about hair vitamins but I think H37 is a great product and so much less expensive than the Viviscal.Jeff and I believe in it so much that we will start selling it at Hair Boutique in the next 2-3 weeks.Best wishes,KarenPS. Hi there. I think that my hair has been growing faster with HF 37. It grew an inch the first month, and now has slowed to a half inch a month---but normally my hair grows very slowly so i think that's an improvement. Plus my hair is wavy, so growth is hard to spot; I think i'll start measuring it wet from now on.My nails are definitely growing faster, and look shiny and healthy to boot. I take two step one and four step two each day; six of step two supposedly improves the growth rate even more, but I'm trying to keep it within my budget. I think I read that you can stop taking Step one after awhile, but I'm not sure when.Kim
