I'm writing in regards to formula 37.I have very thin hair and it hasn't grown in along time.I have split ends.My hair falls out so easily.I was told I need to use a deep coditioner. What do they mean by a deep conditioner?Do I need to go to a hairstylist for this?I would like to know if you ever heard of PSB33 formula. If so, do you know if it really works?Do you think formula 37 would help me.I'm desperate I need something for my dull, dry, thining hair.I would also like to know of any kind of good hair products.I would like to find a good hairspray.I use to use Biotin shampoo now I just use an off brand. If you know of any hair care products that would help me please letme know.Thank you,D.Kelley

Hi,First let me tell you that what works for one may or may not work for others. I personally have had great success taking for H37 and the reason is because about 10 months ago I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem. I had to start taking medication and my hair got extremely dry and I was starting to lose a little. Luckily I have very very thick hair so it was not a terrible thing, but it had me worried.I started taking H37 along with increasing my EFAs and it made a slow, but steady improvement. I felt that it helped me and my hair dryness problem got better to the point of it being much improved and my hair stopped falling out.I can not address PSB33 since I have not personally tried it. Hopefully people on Hair Talk can respond to the PSB33 question. For split ends, the only real cure is to have them trimmed off. I know this is hard because no one trying to grow hair will want to do that but it is necessary to allow the hair to grow better. Split ends...can move up the hair shaft..in some cases. Not all people will agree with me on that, but that is my personal experience.A good deep conditioner is ARTec Moisture Pak or Aveda Curressence, as examples. Generally you apply them and leave them on your hair for at least 30 minutes or longer. They work by penetrating the hair cuticle and adding moisture. You can achieve the same results with hot oil treatments or you can go with the commercial varieties. You can also have a hairstylist apply a deep conditioner and then sit under a hood hair dryer for approximately 30-45 minutes. The heat from the dryer will help the conditioner penetrate the hair better. You don't need to go to a hairstylist for a deep conditioner but if you want to have a deep conditioning with added heat and don't have a hood hair dryer, then the stylist is a good bet. I personally use ARTec Moisture Pak and love it. I also like the Curressence. Depending on the damage that your hair has sustained over time, you may need to do a deep conditioning treatment every 3-4 days. I do a deep conditioning every 10-14 days because my hair is so long (2 1/2 inches below my waist) and because it tends to naturally be dry. Will H37 work for you? I don't know. I can't give you a guarantee. I can tell you that I believe in the product and take it myself. Jeff and Jane Bullock have also taken the product and liked the results. Jeff noticed that his beard grew very fast on the H37 and his hair got softer and a little thicker as well as longer. Jane's hair grew like a weed.I never want anyone to buy H37 because they think it will work for everyone. It may not. I want to be totally upfront about that. I never recommend anything at Hair Boutique that I personally have not tried and liked. The same is true with all the hair jewelry, the hair videos and anything else I might sell at Hair Boutique. If you want to try H37, we do give you a 100% money back guarantee. However, I can not promise that it works for everyone. So far the feedback on H37 that we are getting is that it seems to do a variety of very good things for the hair and skin.As far as shampoos go...I have had great luck with ARTec smoothing shampoo and conditioner, Aveda Shampure and Curressence conditioner and Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose. Yes, Biotin can be good, but what other chemicals does the product contain? This can make a difference.Helping dry, dull hair is not an overnight "fix". It takes time and commitment.I personally do not recommend any other hair growing products either because I do not believe they work well or because I personally have not had good luck with them.Your hair may be thinning for a variety of reasons. Hair thins with age, it thins as a result of hormone imbalances or illness. It can also thin as a result of taking certain medications (which I experienced briefly when taking thyroid meds). There are many many factors that can impact hair and its growth.I would recommend that you buy a good hair care product like Aubrey or ARTec or Aveda (although they tend to be more expensive than some brands, you have do decide if it is personally worth it to you or not and again that has to be a personal decision).Taking vitamin B helps with hair problems as does taking essential fatty acids (EFAs).I hope I helped. If not...please post again.Best wishes,Karen> I'm writing in regards to formula 37.I have very thin> hair and it hasn't grown in along time.I have split> ends.My hair falls out so easily.I was told I need to> use a deep coditioner. What do they mean by a deep> conditioner?Do I need to go to a hairstylist for> this?I would like to know if you ever heard of PSB33> formula. If so, do you know if it really works?Do you> think formula 37 would help me.I'm desperate I need> something for my dull, dry, thining hair.I would also> like to know of any kind of good hair products.I would> like to find a good hairspray.I use to use Biotin> shampoo now I just use an off brand. If you know of any> hair care products that would help me please let> me know.> Thank you,> D.Kelley
