Wow, Emmanuelle, from Mission Impossible, is currently a blonde. I think someone with hair so naturally beautiful shouldn't mess with it! Perhaps it is for a role. Needless to say, I prefer it dark. Here's the link:

Emmanuelle Beart was in a cute movie from the 80'sd called "Date with An Angel" which stared Michael Knight (All My Childern fame) and Phoebe Cates. Beart played the angel. Her hair was long and blonde in the movie
