Tom Welling's haircut?

Hi all,

I'm writing because I wanted to know if anyone knew how to cut hair like Tom Welling's. For those of you that don't know who he is, he plays Clark Kent on the WB's Smallville. It looks like he has somewhat thick wavy hair and so do I, so I was wondering if I might be able to pull it off just as long as I can get the right stylist to cut it right (which almost never happens where I live now). Any help/tips on how to achieve this "look" would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I'd also like to know this info. I think I have the same hair type as him (thick and wavy).
