Hi, I have a strawberry blonde coloured hair and have colored my hair VARIOUS times but each time I color my hair it keeps the RED SHADES in it becasue my hair once was red. Since I`ve colored it so much my hair is pretty porous, but I want it to be blone for the summer without RUINING my hair, and I hate going to the hairdressers so i was wondering if there was ANYONE out there who had any GOOD advice.

Hi there, I know just what your going thru..I have golden-greenish-red-glowing hair as I type this..all from home hair kits...the best thing I have found so far at various beauty supply stores is a toner..it`s like a rinse that tones the brassy gold/red down to a muted shade. I know the best thing is to just go to a professional for color correction..thats what I have to do...I cant correct what I`ve messed up any further! good luck!
