I have decided to go back to my natural hair after relaxing for about 7 years. I have already started my process. Does anyone have any advise about how to make the transition easier and how I might keep the hair I already have?

here goes : keep your ends very moisturized , comb sparingly , braid your hair gently ever night , get a satin pillow case , use heavy conditioners and try to wash only once a week or as cnvenient for you. God bless you and good luck.
