Sorry guys one more question. Next to Bohyme hair does anyone know of any other good hair for extensions. I'm planning on using the extentubes from haircandy and think human hair would be the best?? The last extensions I had I bought human hair and after about three washs the hair turned from silk to straw and would tangle. No matter how much I brushed within the hour it would tangle and look horrible. It didnt flow at all.... any advice on this one? thanks ladies *nikki*
I do love the bohymy that is on my head !!! But I would be tempted to try extensions plus pre tipped or otherwise known as EZ plug there hair is supose to be good and it is hard to find good pre tiped hair . They can fax you a form to release credit card then you can order. I have goten samples from them and they do feel nice. There prices for bulk hair to pre tip youself are very reasonable. I have also heard good things about his and hers cuticle hair.
Besides Bohyme, the only human hair I would recommend is Glamourhair's
remy, His and Her cuticle, and Extensions-Plus. There are lots of synth
options, including both monofiber and thermofiber, but you'd need to
research the pros and cons of synth beforehand to see if it's a good
option for you. Good luck! :)
If you try that pre-tipped Bohyme you'll have to let us know how it goes. I have not yet tried it because it's so expensive. I think I remember seeing 26-35 pieces sold for around $90.... You'd need like 6-8 sets of that for a full head which adds up quick
Wow! That's expensive. I had no idea. That's for stick hair or
prebonded? I thought the new hair Bohyme was selling--at least the
stuff I saw--was prebonded for fusion, not pretipped for shrinkies.
They're selling pretipped too, now?
It's the keratin pre-bonded strips of Bohyme for fusion... I thought that was an outrageous price rase for a little drop of keratin at the ends... I'd have to pay about $600-$720 to do a full head of that hair plus tax and shipping... that's crazy, especially when you can get just as much Bohyme hair on a weft for around $115... $500-$600 just for glue?!? No thanks...
I have only goten the smaples. They do feel nicer than any other pre tip out there and it comes in natural body, silky straight,or permed(white purple rod ). Metalgirl and sas get hair from hair through MB so they will be able to tell you more about quality. I still have to order color ring. I am most interested in there bulk hair. The prices are prety good if the hair is as good as they say 18 inch 2oz $55. to $65. depending on color 22 inch $81. to $96. I wold like to know how it compares to bohime (sas-metalgirl?)
It's better than Bohyme. Extensions Plus has very nice hair, both European and Indian. After using it on clients and myself for 6 years or so, I can only remember 1 so -so batch of European (it was ok, but split and dry on the very ends of 27" hair) and 1 bad, tangled batch of Indian.
What is the best hair I can buy?Is it European and if so where do I order it from.Someone told me that I can buy really good hair and then have Ultratress put it on a seamless weft for me.Right now I have Bohyme but it's sooo dry any suggestions?Thank you.
If you want a good European or Indian hair, I'd order it from Extensions Plus.
I don't think that Ultratress custom makes their seamless extensions, I've asked them about that before. However, New Concepts does take custom orders for their seamless extension product.
