ph order

I ordered my PH order at the beginning of may and it still isn’t here. I know sara had to especially order in the colours but she said it would be here by the end of april(4 weeks) but its still not come

I am so disappointed. I have emailed her and she said it has been posted so hopefully it will be here soon. But she said it was posted on Monday of last week. How long does it take to get to uk from switzx? I am afraid it might have got lost L

Has any1 else had any problems with orders from ph? I emailed sara againm .. but she hasn’t replied I think she is on holiday now?

its only may 11th, theres still a ways to go before the end of may, when she said it would arrive.  the timings about right.

And if for some reason it DOES get lost and you dont recieve it, she will send you a replacement.  But give it at least 4 weeks before you assume that its lost.
