OK ya'll...I been getting some bmail about 360s by newbies. Now I would like to ask all of those who are spinning to please post how long it took you to get your 360s the way they are now.
* If you feel they need improvement, estimate how many months you feel that u need to make them look better (connect/straighten direction). *Also, can you post how many brushes you had to try and how many products u had to try. (You can list them if you like).
I want the newbies to see, that it take more than a week to get 360's and the work people put into getting them.

Thanks everyone for your help.

Thanks Chess... I just want the newbies to read this instead of asking me. A few had been trying for only a few days and expect to have some kind of wave going on. Hopefully they will read this to see it takes work.

TOOK ME LIKE 2 MONTHS I USED 2 BRUSHES HARD AND SOFT I ALSO USED ICE,NU-NILE,LETS JAM AND SOME DUKE POMADE. BUT YOU MUST BE VERY DETERMINED ABOUT YOUR WAVES OR THEY WILL NOT BE THE WAY YOU WANT EM TO BE. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.

9 months

2 brushes. Vidal Sassoon Medium, Annie Hard brush, and palm vidal sassoon medium(current)

the only pomades i ever used for an extended period of time was sportin' waves, 360, and ice pomade. I've tried almost everything else and didn't like it.

Well I been in the wave game for since April but experimenting got the best of me and I decided to use a kit. I have been working on the waves I have now, for about 6 weeks. My sides need a lot of improvement, I can't seem to get them in now. I think it'll take about another 8-9 weeks to get them depending on the time I brush. I used a lot of products, too much to list. My favorite is 360, that's what I started the wave game with. I also like the ice pomade cause it's like gel. As far as brushes...I had The Fade, medium Diane brush, and a cashflow soft brush.

ok fine

"What do i have to say"

A good technique is to:
1. but the ALUMINAL can on do stove for a minute to make the pomade easier to apply

2.and put the wash cloth in the microwave for 45 seconds then take it out and put it on your head.

3.then when the cloth has cooled down, apply ur pomade. then put the cloth back in for 30 seconds this time and put it back on ur head. T
4.then brush.

thats my time. Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

(pssss the cloth should be wet and wranged out till its not drippin)

i aint spinnin. but i brush my hair every single minute of the day. hope to get better b4 the year is over. or thats my new years resolution

RayRay please...This is to help people and all you have been writing about is washing faces. Just make sure your face is washed. If you have any info to assist the newbies with that will be greatly appreciated.
