I think those are just simple braids all around. If u can braid hair well, then go for it! But if not, there's always salon options so that u can get that look. Just print out that pic and show it to your stylist. It also depends on how long your hair is. Good luck!

I agree with Jesuschrist#1, it just looks like simple braids all over. If you are good with hair you could possibly do it yourself but after some time your arms would probably get tired and it might be hard to get to some spots on your head cuz that's a lot of braids. If you try it good luck.
