Ok, I bought everything i need to fix my hair color (protien filler, dye, etc etc) and on the protien filler bottle it says to apply it to towel damp hair. does this mean I should wash it beforehand or just wet it? because somewhere I heard (pretty sure it was on here) that if you dye your hair right after you wash it, the oils from your scalp are washed away and it will dye your scalp.  thanks!!
