Remember how we found the really cheap heat wants from Wimex Beauty? (http://salon.wimexbeauty.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen= PROD&Product_Code=68631&Category_Code=7705 ) Well, I ordered one two weeks ago, and my order status still says "processing."  I emailed them last week to ask if they're on backorder or anything, but I have heard absolutely nothing from these people.

The only good thing is that they haven't charged my credit card, either.

Has anyone ordered from them before?  If so, what was your experience?

Yes I ordered the heat wand and I love it!!  It came to me in about a week, I would try emailing them again or try their number.  If you don't have it, it is 1-800-368-6650.  They are in PA so they are on eastern time, good luck!!

yes , I ordered and received mine w/in a week too. I called them after 2 days  because I hadn't heard anything regarding shipping. And she informed me it would ship that day. She say normal shipping time is 2 days after you order. I continued to check on it online at their website.And  mine said " processing" too, and never indicated "shipped". But within 2 more days, it was delivered to my door by UPS. My only complaint is that I never received any email indicating shipping or tracking info from them. But based on the quick delivery, I can't complain. Yours is probably on the way. Love the wand BTW

EDIT: I agree w/ Tangles. I found CSvc to be VERY nice.

I also ordered that fusion iron.  I did receive it quickly, like within a week.  The iron is very good!

Update...my order finally shipped as of August 9 and is due for delivery tomorrow.  However, no one ever responded to the two emails I sent.  I really would have appreciated them letting me know that there was a delay, considering two and a half weeks passed between the time I ordered and the time they shipped (and yes, I have told them this).

Sorry this happend to you, but I think you will be happy once your wand arrives!!!

I know how it bites to be waiting and waiting for something to arrive, and know one will return any messages!!!  I am having the same issue with a LG order from the LGonline store.  I just ended up ordering from Haircandy!!
