Just thought you guys would like to know the new address its www.hair-heaven.com
I've just received the new black book and wow, there's some awesome things in there, including something called the "quick fix track" which looks like the skin weft. You get hair which has a micro-thin quick fix weft at the top of it and then you buy strips of the quick fix strip to stick it in with. They sent me with this year's black book a sample of the quick fix strip as you can also just buy these and stick regular machine wefts in with it.
I tell you guys I put this in with regular machine weft hair and it would definitely hold up for at least a week, it felt so secure, it was fab. AND ITS REUSEABLE. I can see that the actual quick fix weft is going to be even more secure so I've spoken to Mandeep who is a really nice woman as you guys have said and asked her or a price on the hair and the strips for a full head, she is ringing me back in an hour so I shall let you know.
I don't think that website is that new. I have been checking in to it to see if they have the shopping cart up since about March-April.
I really wish they would get their act together and allow for online shopping. Seriously, I think this company has many customer service problems. I cancelled my last order with them because many of the colors and lengths I wanted were out of stock. And once again, they took my order and waited 2 days to call me at 4AM my time (I'm sleeping at 4AM and don't appreciate that these idiots aren't conscious of the time difference) to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. Before I could finish speaking, the girl hung on up me! I really am begining to think they are all a bunch of clowns who run that place!
You know, I think they have a warehouse in Shepherd's Bush/Acton, London. I could find the directions if anybody wanted them. I would happily do CPs for people were it not for the fact that I'm moving out of London next week, but I am sure there are other London based people on the board? It must be easier picking things up from the warehouse than having to deal verbally with poor customer service...
One never tires of looking at that Black Book. It rocks.
I too pulled out of my second AD order. Even when I told them exactly what I wanted, the texture, and the color, it turned into this big drawn out thing and in the end, they didn't have what I wanted and didn't seem to know what I wanted. Which was odd because it was the same thing I got from them the first time.
I can get Plastikhaar to do whatever a thermal or any other synth can, I just have to use the hot rollers instead. And with a better price, better customer service and easier ordering (oh, and more hair for the money!), AD isn't the better alternative, imo.
