Ummm, i dont know if this is what you're tlaking about, but some mexican girls at my school had wet looking bangs and you can achieve this by just using gel when you're outta the shower and if you want more hold, just give it a bit of hairspray and it should last. hope this helps. if not, you can try one of those "out of the shower" spray gel from walmart. i've never tried them but it says that it makes your hair look as if you just came out of the showers. =] good luck!

try spray gel.. also (this damages your hair if you dont wash it everyday or 2 times a day) but "scrunch" your hair... use gel first, scrunch all over your hair.. if you have curling spray, use that next, then.. after that... hairspray away.. has the wet look all day long :) try it!!
