The short answer is no. Nothing will change growth rate drastically. Hair grows by itself, about 1/2 inch per month, a little faster during the summer, or a little faster during hormone surges.
You could increase hair growth by a negligible amount by getting more exercise, eating well, drinking enough water, and doing other kinds of healthy things. Of course, that would result in healthy hair, and healthy hair won't have to be cut off.
You could always try scalp massages to help improve circulation to the
scalp and vitamins such as biotin which is what im taking to encourage
my hair to grow. its about half way down my back now. Just take care of
it, eat right and try some vitamins. good luck!
