Shorter hair 9", 11", (14" even?)

   I am ISO some shorter lengths of hair. (wave or french refined prefereable 

and in a perfect world, pretipped). I have shoulder length hair and just 

like my extensions to be mid/high back length.

After reading tons of posts I've follwed up with most folks favorite hair 

companies. PROBLEM is that it makes me crazy to pay for 18, 20 or 22 

inch har and then cut 6-8 inches off. HP and EP have 14 in straight, but 

I'm really looking for wave and I really don't even need 14!!!

Suggestions???
