Important!

I dyed my hair and it turned out bad. Just the top of my hair turned out bad, its way to bright that it looks so fake! I washed my hair 5 times after dying it, hoping the color would changed somewhat, well didnt. My sister told me head and shoulders is suppose to strip the color, didnt really.

Anyone know of a way to lighten the hair color in my hair, like washing it with something or washing it a lot?
