hey peeps, kinda new to the forum, bin checkin it out for a while, but decided to register today!, wonder if anyone of ya'll could help a nigga out,need to start swimmin as part of ma fitness regime, but dnt wanna mess ma waves up and dnt wanna b wearin anything over my hair cuz dat jus dnt look right on black peeps, anybody here swim regularly? and how do u avoid messin ur 360's up??

swimming wont mess up ur waves cuz i do it all the time...but u can use a swim cap

u dont need anything over ur head really. its not gonna mess up nething. sure for the meanwhile, but after reapplying ur products, and du ragging, ur hair should be back in its normal state like it was before.

Swimming is a good work out. My daughter refuse to get out of the pool when it's time to go. She loves swimming. We taught her how to swim when she was 4 years old. She's 12 now and can't get enough.

I don't think swimming will hurt your waves playa. Like Proline said wear a cap.

i cant swim either so theres no need for me to even go by a pool or anything that has 2 do with me swimming

Yo done figured this rap sh*t out i map sh*t out strategically. Timing is everything and it seems to be the key.

Can't swim.

I guess I'm country cause down here everybody can swim. That's how we keep cool in the 105 degree weather down here.

He's ^^^^ right about the chlorine but If you shampoo with a neutralizer you should be OK.

you wont loose all ur waves. waves are actually a pretty hard thing to get rid of. and wuts with the name callin man... u gotta chill. this is NOT that kind of site
