Hi Anitan,

Loreal Professionnel series Shine blonde shampoo should keep your blondes bright.  It works for me - just don't use it too often. My hair dresser suggests twice a week is enough.  Leave it on for 3 minutes to allow the active products to penetrate.  This shampoo is also gentle for your hair since it has sodium laureth sulfate.  Loreal Power color is also good to use in between the shine blonde.  It is a repair shampoo for very sensitised colored hair - It would help you keep your hair healthy since I know that is your goal while you are trying to go lighter every month!  Hope this helps.  I have been following your posts, cant wait for more pics!

I tried color shampoo and conditioner by Artec. I wasn't intentionally trying to put warm tones into my hair, but that's what happened. It deposited a great deal of temporary 'tone'. You can tell when you open it that it's got a gold base. I got mine at a local/independent beauty supply.

This shade might work.....

It was much more than just color 'enhancing'. It DEFINITELY temporarily changed the color to a warmer color.

Yes - it will take the ash out and keep it a nice warm blonde.  In canada it costs $15.95 for 500ml.  good luck!

If she wants her hair LIGHTER, doesn't that mean she wants ASH in the hair, not golden? Maybe I'm wrong; Anitan, I got the impression she wanted it to stay white, not brassy, and no gold (even though you did say "get rid of ashiness.")

Noey -- Where do you buy the L'oreal? Thanks.

I love it. I've been trying to do that but my roots won't lift. I like the color under neath. I think it looks good. Just me thought. Looks awesome on you.
Use purple shampoo/conditoner, whichever, I've been hearing conditioner works better, to keep that light locks bright. Not everyday though cause it'll turn grey/purple.

My b.f get's upset cause we go through huge jugs of conditioner all the time. he threatens to buy me a huge tub or horse condtioner. LOL
But I love your color. I want it! :)

Hi Anitan,

This is totally off topic but your make-up is flawless.  Why brand of blush and lipstick/gloss do you use?

It looks amazing - really professional looking.

Thanks!

Noey
