PROCLAIM POLISHING

has anyone hear about this?? its by Proclaim! and it is in a clear bottle. i think it is called hair polish or something like that. i bought it a while back but i wasnt really sure what to use it for.

i went to sally's the other day and i heard a white woman asking the clerk how to use it. she said it helps to straighten your hair if u put in on afterwards. or it could have been before you straighten, i dunno. i need to update my eaves dropping skills! but do any of you use it and what for? thank
